Marlux provide excellent service from your initial order with our customer services team based in Birmingham through to our internal and external Sales teams who can advise you on the best product selection for your company. Site visits are undertaken if required and a full quotation will be provided.
We even have our own fully trained surveyors who can provide a full survey of the products selected and ensure that the installation is carried out accurately and with as little disruption as possible.
As we have full UK control over the manufacture of all our tracks and the majority of our curtains, we can assure you of fast, efficient and accurate supply of all our products.
Our own fully trained installation teams will carry out the installation with a minimum amount of disruption.
We can also offer a full curtain change service, ongoing track maintenance and silicone application to ensure high performance of all your tracks.
Marlux are able to offer a complete genuine recycling service of non-infected curtains and if required the recycling of infected curtains via our fully licensed recycling partner.
